I really enjoyed my stay and reminded me of I got great value for my money. The room was spacious and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Breakfast items could use more variety and better quality.

An iron and ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle inside the a double room were handy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were polite and hospitable.

I had a fantastic Christmas stay! The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The panoramic views from my room were amazing, especially at night. I also loved the spa area; relaxing in the sauna after a day of sightseeing was just perfect!

There were a few hiccups. The breakfast didn’t quite live up to expectations, and I found the queues a bit frustrating. the internet connection wasn’t reliable, which made it tough for me to check in with family during the holidays. it was a lovely trip, but some improvements would make it even better.

All the personnel was incredibly polite. We got double room and appreciated it;)))

The hospitable staff, especially Josipa and Martha, were fantastic. The hotel’s cozy interiors offered stunning views of the city and a relaxing sauna. we were disappointed that the spa facilities were adults-only, which made our stay less enjoyable with our 18-month-old. It's crucial for families to know this beforehand. Despite this, we loved exploring nearby landmarks like Diocletian’s Palace and Riva, making it a nice experience overall.

Cozy room, delicious breakfast, the breakfast buffet was well organized with a good variety, catering to all tastes, and the indoor swimming pool provided a nice relaxation option after a day of exploring.

All was wonderful.

Utterly underwhelmed, the so-called spa had an ice-cold pool that nobody dared touch, while the staff was too busy gossiping to ensure tranquility. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but no, instead I got a room that hid the fine city view behind a fixed television. Almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

The live cooking station at breakfast was an really good touch.

Unfortunately, the bed was too hard for my liking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep .
